MC was a headstrong, self-built CEO, he's supposed to be an inspiring rags-to-riches MC who we can project ourselves onto as readers. Now he just became a damsel in distress, stockholmed himself into accepting everything about his situation. I really liked him in the beginning. I even sided with him before when he wouldn't meet his birth family because I get it, and yet this entire arc between him and ML's craziness dismantled everything that was previously built.
ML was a playful yet cunning white moonlight, he was portrayed to be a good strategist in the past but I guess now they chose to lean more onto his yandere side. He could've been portrayed as someone who rose above everything he went through in the past, despite the trauma, but no he had to be a wacko.
I used to love this story haha. I'm just reading now to see how this will finally end.
