Their is no incest. The only siblings in this story are the twins. One of them found a young boy at the destroyed area and took him in. The boy resulted to awaken as SSR Guide. Which Espers needs to control them to not going into berserk mode. Both twins are SSR Espers. The problem in this story is that the one that raised the boy is definitely grooming him to his liking, in spite they never going all the way. The other twin only knew about him as adult, since he was away for missions all these years
