honestly I understand the first queen’s feelings. she was brought up as the the ml’s fiancé and she’s known him longer. They having a loving relationship with each other as well. just imagine that you’re in a relationship with your husband but all of a sudden a mistress is taken into the relationship. I get that polygamy was common back in those days but it still hurts to see your lover love another. now imagine the mistress giving birth to a boy. Something you so dearly wished to do. Obviously you would feel threatened and scared too. So I get where the first queen is coming from. It’s honestly quite sad because where the pace is going. It’s likely that the first queen will be thrown away by the ml. The first queen gave her everything to him except for a child. I feel really bad for her. But the only thing unacceptable is the fact that she thinks the “dirty blood” inside of prince Louis should be eradicated. I agree that her views on the royal family having “pure blood” are a little crazy and it’s not her fault since she was raised that way. I just find it a little sad that in the end, she will probably not be as loved as the mc. It’s probably because I think of the first queen in the perspective of Navier from Remarried Empress.
