I assume it's because it's the end of volume 1. It will probably resume to normal soon but it might take more time than usual because it's the release of a whole new volume.

Yea but I give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe that's what they're labeled as in the original manga. Maybe in vol 2 the chapter starts at "chapter 8" if they had put "5.2 and 5.3" and then the next chapter at "chapter 6" it wouldn't match up with the actual manga. This is just speculation and don't get me wrong I was disappointed too but I try not to get angry at people especially since they are uploading these manga without anything in return

I don't know but maybe he knows Hwa is pretty capable by himself so he doesn't want to bother with him, considering he's a vampire too (Yibin) so he would feel more bothered. I just hope he really does love him / loved him when he was a kid and a baby
