Okay but why is no one talking about how they are only 12 years old?

Okay, so I hyperfixated in this topic and i had to go do research and now im even more confused, cuz like he said he went and did his junior high in france, but junior high would be at least three years, so its kind of impossible they havent seen each other for only two year, UNLESS, unless he did his two last years of junior high on france and his first year pf junior high in japan.
I dont think they are in junior high because he talks about doing it in past tense, so...
That would make them... fifteen? Sixteen if u assume theyre not in junior high anymore and on their first year of senior high.
... im thinking too much about this.
So either Im a genious or the author didnt bother to double check the timeline.

In Japan, grades go 1 to 6, year 6 being about 12 years old. Then 1 to 3 (or 7 to 9), then 1 to 3 (10 to 12). First year high schoolers are about 15 to 16 depending on the time of year and date of birth.
In CHAPTER 1 the black haired one/red haired one idk says it's been five years. I think it's page 29 ish. And 4th grade is 9 to 10 years old. A play probably would have taken place at the end of the school year, so they are probably 10. Seeing as both of them are transfer students it's probably not Spring at the beginning of the story. And I'm not sure what france's school system is like, but if they have similar years to america we can probably conclude that Blondie/blue haired boy moved back to japan in the summer, yeah? Putting both of them in the second half of the year. Meaning they are probably closer to 16 than to 15.
And also, despite how much I don't like it, 15 is the average age at which people start doing the nasty so
The scene at the end with the two years bit takes place after black/red haired guy moves away from the city, hence why he can see the stars better than he can from his current home. The implication in this scene is that even 3 years after the event he's still hung up on Blondie. His father also explicitly states he's in junior high and should be sneaking out, which presents a significant passage of time.
I made an account after 6 years of silence on this site because I don't understand why so many people are confused about their ages.

Nope there's no seke by this mangaka, don't get your hopes up.

I started to think that "seke" is like Narnia.... a mythical existence that lives in our fantisies but it got to the point we don't know if it really existed in the first place or not.
Actually,I think I've never read a manga with a seke couple before... Σ( ̄□ ̄||) Recommendations people? I'm looking for Narnia

bb i just searched to google-chan and istg mangago has everything

Shinjuku Lucky Hole is the only one I remember having a cool switch couple cuz it depends on the mood and partner (it’s buncha short stories scattered about time)

Wait but, if he reversed time, doesn't that mean the same things would repeat again? So black tortoise's lover would become the emperor once again, but she didnt. Maybe that blindfolded woman got his rapist to die and become the emperor instead of the girl and it looked like yellow dragon did it as he turned back time. So to change Dojin's destiny in that life, someone must tell Black Tortoise that it wasn't yellow Dragon's fault

I get scared of children who bully other children ruthlessly with a straight face, it's like it's natural to them, and when they grow up, I'm scared they might be some kind of problems. I got bullied myself by boys who have a straight face and just say something like 'what the fuck u looking at' or 'dont fucking touch me'. It's so freaking scary..
Being the heroine's childhood friend is called average? More like a girl from the heroine's childhood friend's mother's town which she grew up in, in other words, me
