It's a flashback when black haired guy met that older guy. The black haired one liked the older, but he found out that the older only got together with him cz of what the manager did when the phone call confession-rejection happened. The manager basically pushed the black haired guy to the older one to not be involved on a gay relationship (or he just doesnt really like the older) and save his own ass. I'm bad with explaining so, yeah lol
Hmm if I'm not wrong: Asano (the senior) was inlove with the manager way before he confessed he's gay. Then Yaku (the SEME) also confessed he's gay when he found out senior was too. The manager then noticed that Yaku likes Asano. When the manager's gf broke up with him then later wants to get back, Asano accidentally? confessed to the manager then the latter was shocked so instead of them meeting up, he sent Yaku to go to where Asano is. Then they hooked up and when they were about to resign, Yaku heard them talking that Asano didn't liked him and that the manager pushed him to Asano that time in the park.
