The main story is interesting and alright now, so I already forgot how much I hated the early chapters. I hope that in 5 or so years, writing noncon or dubcon in *romantic*, long stories is more and more rare.
I'm not interested in seeing someone being forced to like sex/another person while desperately asking to please stop, go slower or be gentle, just to act like they have a perfect partner 30+ chapters down the line.

Every time I read "X was always the best but now Y has entered his life and X is condemned to be second place forever" X is the shorter, loser (even though he was great until Y showed up) bottom and Y is the super beautiful, talented, tall and sturdy top. It's so repetitive that it's annoying.
Now we have a beautiful bottom whose "blessing" was actually a curse and a tall, stoic looking top who doesn't even care, with the bottom being insane and hilarious to boot...and there's no romance?
No enemies to lovers?
The dynamic is top notch, the art is great too, so what was the point?
Why was this made?
It's so unsatisfying

I believe there is no official top or bottom/not even yaoi, so it might not even be the dynamic you wanted and you would’ve been disappointed from the repetition of dynamics.
I also agree this was unsatisfactory but Im a simple person so I still think this was pretty nice and a good idea, I hope someone else picks up from this authors idea and make their own stories of this

Eh, knowing the stereotypes in manhwa (especially manhwa, because shorter tops and taller bottoms are even more rare there than in manga) and how Juseok woke up "sore" and he asked Nadeul if he "did it", I think it's pretty obvious.
Still, it doesn't matter because:
a) The dynamic is still somewhat new because Juseok hates his "good" luck and Nadeul is never portrayed as a loser because of Juseok's existence.
b) We'll never know what'll happen anyway. They're an enemies to lovers story in my dreams.

It’s not really obvious, positions can change through out the story and even if that happened once, doesn’t mean that it’ll be like for the rest of the story even if it’s rare, but every author has different plans for their story.
I guess the dynamic would be somewhat new and that’s true, the story ended there with nothing else so the rest is up to ur personal interpretation. (●'◡'●)ノ (ノ≧∇≦)ノ

Season 2 started today! Chanyoung is a pathetically cute introvert and my favourite character. If someone wants real spoilers let me know, because to explain what's going on I'd have to reveal the ending of season 1, and reading it instead of having it fed to you is honestly better, but I also like spoiling myself so it's up to you.

I just read that the translator asked for no spoilers so I'll be a bit ambiguous. It's obvious through the story and the cover alone that Chanyoung and Hyunjin will be a couple, but they still aren't. Right now they're at a point where they both need to discover what they are, so Hyunjin is wondering if he finally likes someone else than his sunbae romantically (although he doesn't like sunbae anymore), and Chanyoung is dealing with the fact that it's the first time he likes someone. They both discussed this so it's something they're discovering together to see if they can date in the future.
Chanyoung is super funny because he truly has no idea of how to connect with someone since being attractive doesn't work on Hyunjin and he actually needs to connect emotionally with him, lol. He asks for advice and he's told that getting him something he likes is a good start, because people like it when their love interest remembers the little things, so he stuffs Hyunjin's locker with banana milk, like at least 50 bottles, and Hyunjin seems to find it hilarious.
So, I didn't tell you exactly how it happened but it's more like the skeleton of the story. I think you can piece that out with the raws.

And they keep kissing each other in public. I wonder if everyone knows. I also love how it's very clear that Mi-Rye never had romantic feelings towards Ian ever, and that he's just super grateful that his actions changed him significantly and for the best.
The Baek brothers are so funny in how they address this friendship between their boyfriends. Kyungbin is just jealous of the fact that Ian and Mi-Rye met each other first and fostered a longer relationship, while Yugun doesn't want anyone to touch Ian, and he likes and dislikes Mi-Rye at the same time.
SPOILER (a little ambiguous) for those who wonder about Ian's mom:

She calms down in the upcoming chapters until she watches the broadcast and her and Ian have a fight. Sometime after, Ian finds his mom at a restaurant and thinks she's going to start drinking again, they fight *again*, she looks away telling him "we'll discuss this at home" but when she turns around, she can't find him anymore, so the first person she asks for help is Yugun (and his family). Ian is found. Now mom has an opportunity to start a redemption arc, hopefully.

Sometimes I just want this, you know? I'd love it if there were more story, but it's so disappointing how many couples in manhwa or manga get together and then we barely see them being affectionate towards one another because there's plot to be developed. Like, c'mon, you can show them hugging or just grabbing each other's hands or blushing in the middle of a story, but with most stories I catch myself waiting for a kiss or a hug or even words of affection every new chapter.
It's also realistic. When the characters are teenagers or young adults, especially if it's their first relationship, they're glued to each other. In "Merry Marbling" Kyungbin and Mi-Rye (second couple) were established almost 90 chapters ago and they kissed like five times
I'll read it. Give me 12 seasons.
