Their designs are so good that I wouldn't have minded the dubcon too much (I'm too old to internalise that as normal) but the story progresses too fast. There's no reason they should tell each other they love one another, they barely interacted. I love clueless idiots like Touji and I think both of them are kinda wasted in this story. Plus, we get an extra chapter of a couple from a manga that's not even translated in this site. It's not anyone's fault of course, but I just *don't* care about a side couple when the main one barely had any space to develop.

This better get a higher score by the time its finished because I finished reading it in 2021 (6 volumes) and it doesn't get better than this. This is the peak of realistic, well written BL that tackles multiple issues gay couples have, has trans positive messages, has dignified female characters that are not there just as a filler or a rival, etc.
The translation of the first couple of chapters isn't great but that shouldn't be what drives readers away. BL isn't the only genre I read and I'm way too picky so I haven't read as much as others on this site, but it's been years and I still haven't found something similar to this manga.
Damn I love this manga so it's nice to see someone review it this way. Btw, where did you read the six volumes? I really love the dynamic of the characters here so I wanna read them all.
On a side note, I also love their good trans rep here. Oftentimes mangas (well media in general) treats trans characters like shit, so it's refreshing to see good trans character rep :>>
