I don't understand why some comments are asking why dont the people just leave, I'm pretty sure this has been explained in the story already??
To me it's like that was the sacrifice they had to give in order for them to live/survive. They are in a zombie apocalypse so everything is not going to be sun shine and rainbows. Everything in their town has order to it and Guwon the main thing holding the town/order together so if Guwon is gone then everything is going to fall apart.
Maybe I would have pitied him a little more if he was younger but like you're a 30 plus years old man, you can't be acting like this just because a crush doesn't like you like that...I hope this can be wrapped up quickly. To me this whole plot line was very unnecessary and dragged out
You're right. Not to mention that the story purposely and amply focused on him being a spoiled brat when he was younger, a rich kid in his own privileged bubble that was brought up with people catered to him and him only, so much so that he's socially inept.
He liked hanging out with them cuz they're people that don't care too much for his status and money, and don't let him give them shit and put him in his place, but still don't mind being friends with him.
He seems more "capable" now in his 30s, but that's still the way he grew up, and he's still a privileged rich man who never faced rejection besides "Mr. Kang's"

Love the ML but can't help thinking about how even more juicy the story would be if the romance was between Eve and Rachel lol
Yuri fella you got me
