My theory is that Liam is just one of those 'special people' (with white hair and purple eyes) and with powers and the royal family uses them to their own wickedness. I'm guessing they were imprisoned and might have even been abused in different ways while experimenting their powers. Thus, one of them finally couldn't stand it and broke free then made everyone in the palace lose their sanity. Maybe Liam is the child back then since the woman they met looks a bit older than Liam but I may be wrong.
Does it have happy ending? I can handle the angst as long as there's happy ending. Someone tell me pls ;;

Was he being poisoned while staying away from his family residence? The doctor said he was healthy when he first arrived, now he needed to take medicine. I'm guessing someone's giving him poison, slowly driving him to madness that's why he gets snappy and violent easily, his mind wasn't stable. Hmm. Perhaps it's not just an ordinary case of "you're a homo so gtfo" case but rather, something serious. Could it be that SH is not an ordinary noble after all, and is actually a threat to a higher position (royal blood)? Or maybe he has seen something he shouldn't and as a child, they only banished him and poison him that'll lead to to his own madness so people won't believe whatever he'll say?
One of the best short manga I've ever read. I just kept coming back to this one cause it's really amazing. POWER TRIP is soooo good. Smut is well done +200. Enough backstory without being too dramatic +100. The main characters have 3D personalities being plainly obsessed, wicked and psychotic! When combined, BOOM = Twisted power couple! I really wish it has 50+ chapters for me to binge read. But really appreciated this unique story. Thanks for this piece.
