I wish their character designs were more...distinct from one another. Obviously one looks quite different as a fish.....but they pretty much have the same face and both have long dark hair. Beautiful art other than that

At the last page of the third chapter...that was a tengus hatchet in the wood right? Something about trying to claim something that belongs to the mountain? Perhaps the kid is considered a belonging of the mountain. There’s definitely more going on here...can’t wait to find out!
