How about no? Using gen AI is bad enough for artists as it's developed using stolen data, let alone all the other downsides of the technology. Appreciate the fact that u can read these works for free and don't disrespect the artists even further.

Generative ai steals copyrighted art work in order to generate these images. Often tomes, artists' work is stolen without their knowlesge or consent to train ai for this. Please do not use gen ai to create art work. It is theft.

I don't think I was being rude, but anyway.
You can still find ways to share you vision without using harmful technology and while respecting the artists' rules.
You can either simply find photos of 2 existing ppl (celebrities/models) who resemble them. Or you can take take it a step further and find royalty-free/stock photos, then edit them with free software (non-gen ai) and change/add some details to bring them closer to what you imagine.

Meant to downvote -- Gen AI is trained on copyrighted material, effectively stealing from artists with literally no compensation. It cannot make new things, it just mashes up things already in existence. Not to mention the impact on the climate and the communities where these AI datacenters are built.

@raccoon I understand what your real meaning, baby, don't pay attention to them. Don't take bad energy. These are nothing. I once got very inappropriate, irrelevant hateful comments just because I wrote my own opinion about the story. And they attacked me for this unrealistic cartoon-characters.

You wanna share here, on this platform, so it's okay. In your homepage, Album> create album> Add photos, then you can share whatever photos you want to share here. There're many people who shared their bl or other pictures, here. Therefore, you can see photos in several stories.

I guess the point is that your wording was rude. It looks like this person didn't mean harm and didn't know she was doing something wrong... So, why can't you'll explain things politely?... That's all you needed to do. She wasn't even arguing or being difficult about it... This world needs more kindness (〜￣△￣)〜

It's your choice to be more polite if you'd like. I didn't curse at, insult or say anything offensive to that person. Did I not explain how things stand with what they did and how that affects creators? Did I also not go ahead and give them alternatives to what they were suggesting? Would you like to explain how I was being rude just bc I didn't fit your standards of politeness? All I still see is me (and others) not coddling someone who put the art of an artist through AI.
Also, as long as we illegally read even one work for whatever reason, we are all disrespecting artists. The least we should do is be mindful of actions that would negatively impact them further? To me it seems like a matter of differences in approaches, none of which are harmful, but somehow you labeled one as rude just cause it wasn't what you'd have done.

Soft? You're comparing being kind in real life with reading a dark series? I don't use any of what I read here in RL. Being kind is so easy. Why would I want to bring someone else down with harsh words? I'm not a bully or an immature person. This world needs more kindness #－.－) and yes, there are many soft people out there, we need to be careful how we express ourselves (it costs nothing). i think its because parents who are abusers are the most complicated people to deal with. notice how in each scenario the kid always obeys and goes along their parents' comands even if they said they would cut them off... thats an unfortunate effect people like that have on their kids, they abuse you since day 0 and thats all you know about life and about parental love, they make you think its how its supposed to be and to be gratefull for it and you end up conflicting yourself your whole life unfortunatelly. thats why its such a popular trope to put in stories, then the reader will most likely be able to see the child break free from the parent and the feeling would be extraordinary
