Cuuuute. I appreciate panic attacks being represented in manga. All our panic attacks are different, and it's nice that the mangaka crafted the story so the uke could focus on the seme to help the panic release. This has worked for me before too, when that person hugging you is the only thing you see and hear, talking calmly and patting your back as you sob and catch your breath.
