Well i actually like the story itself, the characters are all interesting and i hate them all! You dont need to like the characters and their actions to enjoy a story. Some stories are meant to be enjoyed with not so moral ma on characters yknow.
But like can someone name ONE character who they think is totally in the right? The youngest sibling is caught in some strange power fantasy as the same time as feeling inferior causing him to be abusive towards women
The oldest is literally a demon boy who kills without hesitation, has sexually assaulted his sister(YKNOW HIS LOVE INTEREST?????), and uh yea incest
The sister is so WISHY WASHY, can't say what she wants, causes more problems by hopscotching from one lie to the next, she may not even be truly in love(it feels more like extreme envy, she wants to be him but the closest she can get is being near him if you know what I mean)
The maid is so caught up in guilt she makes herself more guilty because her guilt prevented her from stopping the thing that made her feel guilty. Oh and shes in sexual relations with someone she raised. I mean, the lady was old enough to attempt to have kids when the twins were what? 5ish looking?? SHE IS SEEN NURSING AND TAKING CARE OF THE YOUNGEST.

Incorrect! Corsets were used from the 16th to 19th century and went through many different phases such as the cone shaped corset instead of an hourglass one. It occasionally faded when new fashioned came aboit but because it was so good for good posture and back pain, as well as the main support for boobs they made their way back around. While the somewhat restricted movement, they were not uncomfortable, especially for ladies who grew up wearing them, they were quite used to it! In the 19th century men began to promote that corsets made women immoral and not showing common decency (aka men caring about how they dressed up their trophy wives). Then, women began to revolt against them claiming that men brainwashed them into making them slaves.
On top of that men controlled the news and sent false reports on how corsets were detrimental to their health.
Fun fact your insides can be moved around QUITE A BIT. Think about when a woman gets pregnant. The ribs have to move a bit and your guts and pushed away for the baby. They go back in place.
Now and days people are STILL using the slander and lies spread in the 19th century. Bras however are cheaper than corsets so I'm not saying we should go back to everyone wearing them or anything. But i genuinely love wearing corsets and it makes me sad that while artists and writes google fashion they do not actually educate themselves on corsets,,,BUT LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE.

They make them different sizes, just like all clothing you just need ones that fit
They definitely make your feel slimmer and not as uncomfortable on bigger people than I would have thought....but hey people have always been people so its not like fat ladies didn't existence back then so they MUST have worn it!
And dont tight lace down too much that's actually bad for you! If its something you want to get into fashion wise i recommend measuring yourself and getting a waist trainer!

None of the sides are in the right, like seriously you can't say any side is 100% right but that doesn't mean you can't sympathize with the sides of course
MC seems to sympathize with not wanting to have to deal with pushy men and gaining what you can to survive
ML seems to sympathize with being so in love to sacrifice everything
The tree lady definitely should have handled this better but part of my wonders if she simply just didnt know how to handle it, she is much younger and while mc told us she mare them wait so they can get over her
