And sht is going to be so infuriating cause fl has a plan for the custody trial thats pretty good but we arent really shown her thoughts process so it like hiden from us (the reader) too

Those a&&holes did like a whole lot of bribing and and roping other nobles into lying for them that they got like this huge savings acc for her that thes set up when she was baby cause they love her and some noble lady lies about always being over and being good friends with fl and the headmaid telling that she was always taken care of ( plus that hussy of an isekai oh protag spreading a rumour about "when she first came to the house she was stunned by how beautiful fl was in her luxurious clothes (which is such an audacious lie like omg))

But those lies getting fck when fl for example asks the noble lady what's her middle name is and noble lady guess the Grandmas name (cause nobles often give the grandparents name as middle name) and fl goes no i dont have one which shocks the court hall cause every noble has a middle name
To which the trash noble fam lies something about being sick and making excuses about never giving her a middle name
The noble thats part of the nations treasury committee is also shown , his lie that the dad asks him to help him set up a savings acc for fl, cause the fl shows of the proof she got from the information guild that the fam has no such acc and have no money period cause the dad lost everything gambling and they are in massive debt because of that
The judge who is a massive dumbass at first doesn't want those documents cause evidence needs to be registered before to which fl simple recounts all the trials were he did accept late evidence during the trial to this he shuts up

And against the headmaid she only had to recount some of the scars she still has from her abuse and she caved confessing to the abuse on the order of the trash noble
Its also revealed that the duke of the north put her Infront of the other dukes house, when she told them the day trash isekai protag came to the house fl was thrown out with some servants and luggage but the servants immediately left and took all the stuff and left her in the snowstorm he only revealed it cause nobody was believing it so he came forwards as a witness

So obviously they lost the trial
The shittx trash nobles got arrested for child abuse and the shitty isekai protag left the family
After all she only just got added to the family registry and the whole story is about her being noble and rich but now she isnt rich , the family reputation is ruined and the gambling debts are going to make her piss for so she ditches the family name

But thx to the og novel protag being an isekai trash protag she went there and messed the time frame which is why was at the dukes house when aunt send the mercedes family treasure

The names are a bit confusing in the raws cause
Og Noble daughter used to be called Anne but as a noble they call her Annetta and fl was called Annetta and is now called Anne like they switched names together with Status
and then the little girl in the commoners family is called Anni and sometimes when the brothers from the commoner family speak of the noble Annette they call her Anne so its confusing as fck

Commoner family -
She starts getting along with her og family well enough thx to being so positive and helpful, like she takes over cooking and uses the stash of ingredients she keeps in the fairies dimensions magic for it wish means she can use sugar and that makes the kids very happy, the og mother bella and her get along well but they don't call eachother mother and daughter

Happenings -
The family did get money for the switch and fl got money to go to school and what not she she decides to save it and look for work
She decides to go buy ingredients and while on the market with the brothers she meets the maid (sarah) that cooked with her when she was a noble she got fired cause the new chief didn't like her ,
fl helps her thro her food cart rush hour and she gets hired by her those two always got along well after all ,
fl also decides to sell her old noble clothes together with Marie (a commoner neighbour and friend)
she goes to a second hand store for wealthy commoners and lower nobility,
one store clerk is being a jerk but surprisingly the owner comes and breaks it up he is a merchant ( sir Bennett) who was helped by fl when she was a noble and is still very grateful so he buys the clothes and gives them gift vouchers as apology,
Months pass and its almost winter wuch is when they can't use the cart to sell food so she is going to have to look for another job in winter thats when Edmund shows up having spotted fl from his carriage and after talking and discussing he helps her and sarah in finding and buying a restaurant
They do and together with her brothers and Marie they start shop and it goes well

Shortly after the commoner families dad Jim shows up trying to steal money he is caught and overpowered by fl so he cant steal , he stays for dinner and bella explains
that congratulations you were right Anne wasn't your daughter she is fairly played a prank
he is super happy and decides to stay but everyone tells him off and he leaves to drink one of the brothers follows him and throws the money he tried to steal at him and tells him to fck off cause he abandoned all of them
Then fl shows up and he tells her take the money and what does he have to do to be allowed back she say no clue but first all change for the better thats for sure
He starts working for the adventures guild and the fl talks to him and gives him money to pay the older younger brothers guild staff training cause he wants to do it but doesn't want the money so
The brother sets off for training and Jim moves back in

Shortly after noble daughter Annetta comes to shop after closing eats something tells them its fine and tells them off for sticking around Edmund, he will soon be her fiance and he should be seen with commoners younger brother tries to talk with her but she tells him he has no right to talk to her her she is a noble and he is a nobody the are strangers and she tells fl off for sticking to her ex
This does makes the gears in fls head turn and the next time they meet because of the shop they talk about it
but fl say Annetta was right so he is bought out of the shop and has nothing to do with it anymore and no reason to go to the commoners district anymore
He asks her for two year plz wait for me uwu to wish she doesn't know what to say and then he is gone
Time goes on the shop is busy and it's been two years since the switch back the dad has basically moved back in and bella is even pregnant again (lol) the last Panel (so far) is the newspaper announcement of Annetta and Edmunds engagement

Jim commoner father -
When Anne was born he loved her immediately with all his heart cause he loves his wife with all his heart he is basically 100% down bad for mama and loves ann the kids
He has special magic appraisal magic and while playing in a stream Anne finds a pretty stone and asks daddy what kind of stone is it he uses his magic and tells her it's quartz but he also uses it on her by accident and seems "nobleman's daughter" in her appraisal so he cant be her father everything starts to spiral he loves his wife so much but how could she do this to him , he begins to drink and loses his job and when he looks at Anne he doesn't see his baby girl anymore he sees his wifes infidelity

Noble family -
So turns out the noble family did a jim and had fl appraised as a kid (her hair) so they knew she wasn't their daughter but the parents kept it to themselves, they taught someone kidnapped their child and where looking into that they hadn't expected fairies thats why they treated the fl as their daughter but had no family connection with her expect the brother, they taught they were being watched and didn't want to give away they knew the truth in case that would endanger their real daughter in fact they never planned to go through with the engagement until they had found their real daughter so

Annetta / Anne -
Thanks to dad walking out on them because of her even her mother couldn't wholeheartedly love her and she knew it , one day when little brother was sick ahe made the long track to the cathedral and ask for medication but was told how thats when the third son of a Viscount showed up and offered her a vial of potion his sister made during priestess lessons and he even helps her get back home cause its dark , he tells her how the priestess prays and she does the same with the potion healing her brothers and this makes her realise she has healing powers they keep meeting after that (i guess where she works healing people)
She basically followed the fairy and did as she was told to be taken in by her noble family in hopes of seeing him more and getting closer, she buys a bigger house were she has her own room so fl can have her own room she takes all her valuables along as well so she doesn't have to return,
But as soon as she is part of the nobles family she wonders if this was the right decision cause immediately she shocked by how the parents treat her like they dont know how to treat a daughter and the maids look down her (?) and she finds out those maids also looked down on fl and that upon learning when fl wasnt able to manifest healing magic as a kid the noble parents thought of getting rid of her (obviously before appraisal) she has a talk with noble brother and aks him if fl truly ever had a place here and if he ever really listened to her that makes him think
she is then informed she will marry fls former fiancée and is shocked and is told this is a family decision nothing she can do
Ahe goes to ask noble brother for help and he tells her she need comrades/ allies if ther is anything she wants
A while later the noble family finds out about Edmund and fl opening a restaurant and they plan on harming her but brother steps in and says this is the opportunity for Annetta to step hin as fiancé which is why she went to the restaurant to begin with
Later at school Edmund confronts her about it and she tells him off cause him running of not thinking about consequences almost got the people she cares about killed she doesn't want to marry him and they form an alliance
This is also when its revealed that the Viscounts son ignores her for her own best he is below her in nobility and she will rise again with her marriage he cant associate with her which makes her mad cause he is the reason she is here

Edmund -
He only found out like a month or so after the switch back that fl is no longer his fiancé and is mad his parents just tell him to shut up but he has been in love with the fl since meeting her and decides he will marry her no matter what and start searching for her since his parents wont tell her where she is even though they know , it seems that sir Bennett ( the clothing merchant) told him were to find fl , the only reason he asked her if she was her parents real daughter which hurt fl was because he was nervous and also he thought the noble family is creepy cause they are so pale blond and all blue eyed like all the same person

Yeah this dude doesn't really matter he has all those flashbacks about caring for her but he already doesn't even try anything when school starts he takes Annetta to go see fl but fl doesn't show up cause its a waste of money for her since she cant get a scholarship so he takes Annetta to see fl at school and is told she doesn't go to school she passed the exam as bit didn't enrol and Annetta says that makes sense without a scholarship this is impossible which shocked the brother
