Finally!!! I was getting kinda frustrating by the ML's blindness. Now the story is finally moving forward.

The ML eventually finds out what his mother did, basically exiles her after also finding out that his mother with someone I can't remember gave the FL a concoction that made her 'infertile'.
The ML says he doesn't need her to have a baby and is angry that she didn't keep her promise to be the first one he sees.
They get back together and somehow or other she does get pregnant.
This is based on a spoiler from I believe the novel, ages ago so apologies that it's not detailed

I don’t think there really are spoilers. It’s pretty much caught up with what is available on webtoon. Webtoon does have 3 more chapters behind a paywall but beyond that, not much else
Okay, I know this is an unpopular opinion but you have to agree that the animation is not that good looking. The manga art style is far superior than the anime. Also, they made some changes to the supporting characters and those were not good. The animation is kinda lagging but not going to go over that. My main problem is the art style of this anime.
