He's boring and only exists to be her lapdog. All I've seen this dude do is follow her around like a dog.
It just makes me think of Beware of the Villainess, stalking is creepy not romantic and this guy's dukedom must be horribly run or he's about as useful as a rug and his aides and vassals do all his work.

Now that Ale isn't a scrawny, itty-bitty kid anymore the story is more enjoyable, so I'm trying to wipe the beginning of this story out of my mind bc eeck. It would've been one thing if they met when he was a kid then reunited, but actually watching him grow up then saying "yeah I'd fuck you" gives off creepy vibes.
