Dunno in korea. But in japan, seals or hanko is actually more acceptable than signature, you can report it to cancel the seal and get a new one.

Honestly I'd recommend you read from the start cuz the timeline in the novel isn't linear as in the webtoon. Well.. I guess I could say the novel is set in the present time, just that Won (and Hangeon when the pov is switched sometimes) is reminiscing about the past. So I can't really say where s2 starts
