There are two possible endings...
1) They grow old together (you know what I mean ok , i know he doesn't age) and we have a scene where seme dies but they're still happy for living together for so long.
2) Stuff happens , he turns him into a vampire too, and then live together forever (he doesn't have a family even so why not?).
I really hope for ending 2 cause my heart won't be able to take it but we have a long way to know
