I forgot the title! Fantasy royal theme, MC (blonde) looked like a seme/top and was the emperor, but was suddenly reincarnated into a uke/bottom peasant...? I think he was imprisoned by a black hair man who is his enemy... And I think the last time I read it, he was fleeing with a white long hair man and dyed his hair to make a new identity ?
