Everyone knows that translation teams only work on stories that DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICIAL TRANSLATION. If you did not read the previous thousands of extras that were uploaded, the story is now going to have an official translation, therefore the translation team will drop the work. The story has been currently updated till ch7 on Ta pas. So what the uploader meant was that they’ll have to wait an approximate of 8 weeks for the official translation to get to the point we left off (ch15 or whatever). There is no way in hell this is getting uploaded next week, otherwise, you can read the raws and translate them yourself if you are so hasty. And uploaders do that out of their will, NO ONE is working to please us. So as I said, if you want to read as soon as next week, then pick this yourself and translate it on your own, as if it is that easy.

i agree that 8 weeks can be a bit too much but if you want to read this manhwa that badly, there’s many other websites. i’m not in between, i know my place as an illegal uploader who’s hurting authors, but that doesn’t prevent me from letting people know they can still support the authors themselves. and NORMAL uploaders will wait themselves to upload manhwas, if you think this is the only manhwa that had to wait WEEKS for the next chapter, you’re sorely mistaken. Other people can translate but why translate something that already has an official english translation? Unless that “Normal” uploader can translate, clean and typeset one chapter a week consistently without much flaws, then it’s best to wait. oh and a lot of people can wait 8 weeks, if u can’t, go somewhere else like i said. i’m sure another illegal website has Under the Green Light chapters beyond 14.

btw if u need an example for popular manhwas, take Assorted Wildness, POTN, Cherry Blossoms After Winter, and other mangas/manhwas. They all have hiatus and I’m sure there are raws for them somewhere on the internet that people can translate and post onto here. Still people would rather wait patiently for official translations as it’s much clearer to read and better quality.

This isn't about you alone. You have to take in consideration other people as well. How self-centred are you? You can wait that long then good for you. But waiting 8 weeks for a single chapter of a popular manhwa is just ABSURD. People would rather google translate this shit and keep reading. It's just a damn shame that the reading experience is being ruined by doing all this pointless drama...

If you're not translating it, then you're just an uploader of the official releases so it makes sense however this was a shutout to those who are willing to translate and upload from the raws so if any team wants to pick it up, since you're just uploading the already translated things. You don't need to do it if it's going to take that long and after all, WE DON'T WANT TO HURT THE AUTHOR'S SALES or whatever. Anyone else who wants to put translations of the recent releases should do that...wait a week or two is fine. Since it's pretty much caught up with the korean raws anyway. People would rather google translate than wait so long for a chapter.

I already explained why we have to wait that long and you are even complaining that is absurd? In a fucking illegal website? Idk how my comment can be taken as being self centered? I think it’s more self centered to expect someone to upload within a weeks time especially since they are the one’s who will put the effort in translating and purchasing the raw chapters. Also since the uploader insists on waiting for the English translations to catch up, then it is also better since there are more chances for people to purchase her raw chapters and just google translate it (specifically those who can no longer wait). What I usually just do is find other mangas to read in this site while waiting for updates so it doesn’t seem so long and I can suggest that u can do that too if u like :) peace

I don't think you understand what I meant. Not everyone is like you...the translation team doesn't need to purchase raws since they're uploaded on newtoki anyway and they can translate it if they wish to. Others who want to upload the official translation will have to wait 8 weeks! They decided to drop an ongoing translation for opting to uploading the official translation???? Does it make sense??? This is an illegal site....if you're going to do that anyway, why bother translating it in the first place...people who want to support the original translation will do that, and those who don't won't. I don't think people understand what mangago actually is...
Anyway, if any other translation team decides to pick it up, that would be awesome.

Do you understand how entitled you sounds right now? Why would a translation team continue to translate a manhwa that will have an official English translation? They would waste their time, instead of continuing, they could pick up other manhwas that need translation.
You’re reading this for FREE. Unless you’re willing to spend the money, then shut up. Almost no translation team would be willing to actually pick up a series that someone called dips on and have an official translation on the way. 8 weeks aren’t bad, find something else to read in the meantime. You act like this website only have this one manhwa specifically.

My god. Even if I'm so eager to read a certain manhua/manga, to the point that I looked up the raws even if I don't understand it, even if I have to register just to look at the next chapter, I would never have this kind of attitude. I had this one time where the uploader said that the original translation was like 5 (not sure) chapters ahead in the yellow site, cuz I can't wait on what happened next I registered and read it there, I grab the discounts offered and when I have no more money, I patiently watched ads just to accumulate inks to buy the chapter. And here is someone, just waiting for the pie to be delivered unto his mouth but still complains. Are you a kid?

What? Taking moral high ground on an illegal website is being a hypocrite. I get that the translators want to drop the translation and upload the official translations...however that is what the problem is. I was merely suggesting if any OTHER translation team wants to pick up on the korean raws instead of waiting for the official English releases, they should. Stopping in the middle and opting for the official translations is kinda irresponsible to the readers HERE on the illegal sites. Of course we will read the korean raws and google translate it in the meantime. Who the hell would wait for 8 weeks unless they have no life to live??? Do these people really think people will go and buy if they do this??? People can't buy it that's why they read it here. Anyway, I hope someone else picks this up even if the translations are shitty it's better than being left hanging because of some moral high ground bs

Nobody is asking you what you would do. Just shut up and wait 8 weeks then. I'm not complaining about the wait but rather the moral high ground of the uplapders. Since these aren't translations anymore but merely uploaded, if anyone else wants to take it up, they should. Clearly since this is a popular manhwa; and anyone who wants to purchase will do so anyway. Stopping midway for the official translations is just weird.

It’s not weird to stop mid way for translations. It’s just you who’s not patient enough to wait 2 months. There have been multiple manhwas like I mention that has a very long wait but people still waited despite the fact there are raws and such.

I wanna mention, if you remove moral high ground completely, there’ll still be reasons for scan teams to drop this manhwa. I know because I was once in a scan team. We drop these once official translations are out since the need for us is now gone, we cannot compete with official translations. Since our quality and production time won’t be enough, it’s better just to wait. I get that this manhwa is highly popular but if I’m pretty sure you don’t understand how scan teams work and what rules they typically follow. I mean why scan a licensed manhwa when there’s so many non-licensed ones? See what I mean? I don’t doubt there’ll be a scan team who tries to and pick this up but if they do, I hope they can translate.

To answer your second questions, pausing 8 weeks isn’t irresponsible for the readers on this website. That’s where your moral high ground contradicts this statement. There is no “responsibility” in mangago. As the readers, we should be AT LEAST expected to wait for official release as why would you keep DELAYING official release by reading fan-made version? And take this entire statement as me being a reader, not an uploader since hell, I’m not even uploading this manhwa. You’d just delay it even further the more fan-made translations you’d put up. It’s just you being impatient.


Btw I’ll add in another example that fits your criteria. Blood Link. On lezhin, it’s around 30-50 chapters I believe, while on here it’s 100+. That’s more than 50 weeks, so a year. Now that’s understandable but if it’s less than 6 months and there are high chances the manhwa is updated 2 chapters at a time on t@p@s, there’s not many reasons for other scan teams to pick it up.

So here's the best solution for you go to ridibooks or Korean lezhin then buy all the chapters, then learn korean, it will take only 3 months to understand if u study by heart
And yeah u can read every weeks with no waiting
