I hope she can be fixed somehow but like... she’s almost completely made up of different parts now. She probably doesn’t have any happy memories of her gem friends anymore. Of the beginning. She likely doesn’t even remember how she got there in the first place. It’s really sad.
You're half correct, the eye that adamant has is from lapis' head, the only parts left that of phos that is made up of phospholite is their chest, their arms and legs are in the ocean and under the ice floats. Phos' original head was taken and ground into dust by the lunarians..(likely dissolved from such a long time passing, but still)

Does that mean lapiz is manipulating or influencing phos's actions? This did pick up lapiz's mannerisms and intelligence. Plus ghost was doing it while just being pieces in gaingorm 's eye while phos has lapiz's whole head attached.
