Personally I assure you if Jesse talks to his "sister" he will fumble so badly she might try to kill him because he is an imposter in her dear brothers body.
Personally if I was at my breaking point and found out my sister is telling me some bs she would never, I would try to end her for replacing my real sister cause WHO ARE YOU WHY ARE YOU HERE WHAT DO YOU WANT (cause like shes trying to overthrow her father, he probably knows she holds Jesse dearly and replacing her brother with an imposter to get close to her and backstab her is like actually not that bad of an idea)
But I think from the little crumbs of the past him that we've seen in her mind, new Jesse seems to have similar personality of the original one
