As someone who is a twin sister with a twin brother I am SOBBING reading this. It's just me and my siblings (two older siblings+) after my mom also passed away as well. To imagine both me and my brother in this why do I do this to myself ;3; I am actually fully empathizing with everything in the first few chapters this is wild. Sometimes characters have such an outlandishly sad life that I can never relate to but this omg there's a first for everything. You know you're life is messy when you can relate to manga characters oof.
These fantasy names are getting weirder and weirder. I keep reading the kids name like Cortisol and the fl like Cereal
Also, while I totally hear you and am still LOL-ing.
Cassel/Kassel is actually a really old name suited for the era this manhwa seems to be trying to project.
'Cassel Name Meaning
English: variant of Cassell . German: variant of Kassel cognate with 4 below. Swedish: of German or English origin (see 1 and 2 above). Compare Castel French: habitational name from Cassel a place in Nord named with Late Latin castellum ‘fortified position fort’.'
Though I've seen it more used as a surname is modern times

As someone who's mom died of cancer my eye twitched when the doctor asked why she wanted to know what her own dad's illness is like whyyy is that such a odd question hm? Kinda odd :/
Because she's 5 , she should understand that her dad is hurt but having her come all the way to him just to ask the illness may seem weird ig ?
Ignoring the fact she's transmigrated, a child that is not allowed to see go to their dad's room and be with him for a reason is probably gonna ask why. Also this is the historical time era I'm not gonna be surprised if some victorian 5y/o kid knows the word illness lolol
