This is the first death where readers will have no idea how he’ll “revive” (iirc the deaths prior to this one, it was said that dokja had a sword that gives an extra 8/9 lives) but this time no prop nor skill can cancel out the death so bring lots of tissues cuz the scene leading to his death is so heartbreaking ╥﹏╥ he really is the epitome of sacrificial mc

Ok so I don’t remember all the details so I’ll give you the summary, you know how they be killing the ranked demons, kdj will soon become a rank 1 demon, something happens (don’t really remember how) and his group is forced to either kill kdj or everyone in the group fails the scenario and dies, so ofc kdj being the sacrificial mc he is tells everyone to kill him ( this was so sad TAT, you need tissues for this TAT) AND iirc that was also when his constellation name was decided TAT demon king of salvation TAT so he dies, his body dies, he gets kicked outta the scenario system and becomes like data or more like just words and fables and floats around in nothingness, tho cuz he’s read the novel and there was a regression where yjh also experienced this (becoming nothing), he followed that path of recovery, encountered a dokkabei and exchanged the fable where he punched another dokkaebi for something and found the entity that is able to make a body from the fables (iirc), and iirc, he meets the final mc of 1000 ways to die, in which he had somewhat played a part in “designing” (well revising) the character cuz kdj was like something along the lines that all the mc were male and that the last mc should be female…was this also the part where it was a cowboy themed or like the old west theme and they had to kill the opponent…anyways he encounters some troubles there as well and barely managed to get his body back, then he somehow manages to break back into the system with the last mc, and this time the time gap for his death was iirc 8 months or was it a year, well it was very very long, I don’t really remember what scenario was after the dark castle but that entire arc should last around 30ish chapters or more…anyways take my second half of the summary (part after he found the last mc) with a grain of salt cuz I think I might be mixing up the different arcs in orv (tho what can I do, there’s more than 550 chps to the novel)

Yup, it’s a whole arc! Tho we would have kdj’s pov but for his group and for yjh, iirc, it’ll take 8 months/1 year for them to see kdj again （/TДT)/

At least it’ll be from kdj’s pov. I could not survive if he wasn’t shown for like 10+ chapters
