I think some people are choosing to ignore the time period in which this whole plot is being developed. The lords and high class people from this era were like Seungho and even worse. They would torture and kill their servants and commoners just for fun. So in Seungho's mind this is not rape. He probably thinks he is the one lowering himself or doing Nakyum a favor by sleeping with him. You are entitled to your own opinion; but time, place and culture are very important details to take into consideration before judging a character's actions.
