I just reread this up to the most recent update and man... something about this series hits every mark in my book... not just the art and how expressive the artist makes the charas, but the concent, the hatred towards her family, her showing her frustrations. The feelings slowly slowly becoming mutual, Richard getting to explore with someone he feels safe with (so important in any sort of intercourse). Idk bruh...finding a really well done NL series is hard... I don't like things hyperfocused on romance, I never have, this tickles the romance, but all the other aspects too. Anyway thanks for coming to my blabbering bs talk. Useless mumbojumbo.

Yall so rude to the translators that literally do this for free in their own time. If they want to delete things to be kind to another translation group they have every right to make that choice. Geez can we just enjoy the story? Because I for one really enjoy it, chapter 13 got me emotional. Xi'er just wants to be a canary flying free ;0;
I binged this at 5am (only the speaker, not the first one) and I'm sobbing. As a person with insomnia, who takes sleeping meds that barely work, and has a lot of ptsd that haunts me daily, this is so much. Of course mine isn't even close to what these three have, but this story really took a hold of me in various ways... I hope we get the ending eventually... but until then... I'll probably reread this often because it's so raw... and sadly... very real in society... remember if you see something suspicious, speak up. Human trafficking is something that happens every single day and can happen to anyone. As many of the true crime podcast/youtubers always say "if you see something, say something" because you'll be truly saving a life, follow your gut instincts.
