Hello!! So i did a quick reread-ish and yes, the emperor does die— but he dies a few days after seeing Kael & Hestia’s 100 day old (?) baby, “Creos”. Unfortunately though, he wouldn’t get to see Crown Prince x New Crown Princess (Yuno)’s baby bcs he would’ve been dead by then;;;

No, Diana will not die; but she decides to go back to the temple after the emperor dies bcs she thinks thats the only place she can go back to; this was also her last words to Hestia before leaving:
“Thats why im going to keep trying to prove you wrong”
Overall, she remained as the stubborn & naive antag till the very end where she described herself to be “disappointed” & “depressed” that everyone’s continuing to move forward without her.
Will she have a redemption epilogue arc? No.
It would’ve been nice to see how Diana’s been living after the ending tho, i mean Hestia, Kael, Helios, & Yuno all had their character updates 10 yrs after the ending, it was only Diana who didn’t get mentioned;;
