I have read to about chapter 700 in the novel, yeah he sleeps with most of the girls. Secretary too. Some of them are kinda forced on him because of family or some stupid shit. He strong and can just say no, but dosent. He cares for the girls but not really in love. The girl he cares the most about is his mother and his disciple( who's in love with him). So yeah most girls love him. But lot of story is being badass, showing off strength or wealth, bitchslapping, showing how stupid silk pants are, and cultivation
