The empress does leave with Heinley, who upgrades to King rather than Prince.
I believe she does get revenge in a way, because Sovieshit is super jealous. He has this mad plan to divorce Navier and then bring her back in a year when everyone realises Trashta is indeed a shit Empress (and so her child can be a candidate for the crown in the future).
Sovieshit uses infertility as an excuse to divorce Navier, as Trashta becomes pregnant (but it's pretty obvious that it's Sovieshit that is infertile, and the child is not his). But Navier only overhears part of his plan and hatches her own plan with Heinley, which is what we see at the very beginning where she asks for permission to remarry. It's honestly such a satisfying moment and Sovieshit is livid. They head off to Heinleys pad together and then she later returns to attend the grand Union of the two assholes Sovieshit and Trashta and....that's as far as I've read. Hopefully someone else can provide more info if you need it.
I don't believe Trashta actually dies sadly although I don't really believe she deserves to die she's just dumb.
