Speaking of House of cards, I think it was really stupid of her to burn her own stuff. Now hear me out, I'm all for cathartic or like you know feeling some kind of emotional symbolism or whatever. But she's Burning things down that she could give to donation or like you know help others with period I mean like obviously her stuff wasn't trash I could have been used for something else. Thank you. Everyone thinks that a woman burning her stuff is so symbolic but IRL, you can give to those who will use it for the betterment of themselves. Ex wants half the car in the divorce? Sell it for pocket change to a needy family or person who could use it for work. Got some clothes he got you but it's painful to wear again? Donate them to those without clothes or nice things to wear. They can use it. Engagement ring? Sell the stones and gold. Melt them away.
It depends on who gave her those things and how she came about them. If she bought them herself throughout their marraige snd or life together, then YES, absolutely donate or sell them! But, if the Duke bought them for her, I wouldn't want anyone to even be in the same room as those things. A man like that, who now we know has such an evil aura, giving a gift is not something anyone should have. There's no telling what kind of bad luck from him and years of his jealousy and abuse has been permiating within those items. But that's just me.
And then she put fire to the items inside the house, of all places. Why not outside?? A spark from the fire couldnt have gotten onto a curtain or something could've caused a dire situation. And how did she know that there weren't chemicals like perfume or something in those belongings?? The maids staked them up and she lit a match to them. Something could've blown up in her face, especially with how close she was standing. That whole scene with how it was done was silly and left something to be desired.

but seeing it actually drawn out is absolutely insane. Seeing her lose her mind in later chapters is going to be CHEFS KISS. Her slow demise is going to be delicious. I've been waiting to see her get hers. Its kinda like what Camilla is going through. Okay so, they bring in her other sons and everything and find out that he is rashtas child and also that the man (I forget his name) who is the father of her first child is also the father of the princess. It literally tears The emporer apart. Rasta fights tooth and nail for the lie she's told and they beat the actual father of her children for deceiving the emporer. But jump to after that Rasta is wasting away in a secluded tower/room or whatever. She not eating, going through psychosis and then somebody slips her some poison and a note and she kills herself and nobody find out for weeks but the emporer really loved that child though I can say that was the only time I did feel bad for him. Then again he brought it onto himself. At least that's how it happened in the novel idk how they're gonna portray it in the webtoon

Oh that's public information. William has always hated Camilla for breaking up his parent's marriage. Even though his father is just as much as at fault. His original plan was to bury her next to his mother, as a disgrace I guess. But they purposely excused him from the meeting pertaining to him fathers funeral arrangements bc if the comments he's made about Camilla. So its not “arranged” per say its just something he wants to do as a last f u to the people who hurt his mother. Separating them in death I guess.

Why are this dragging this out to hell? And gripping onto our balls having us in our knees waiting for new chapters that give us barely anything and are shorter than Paris Hilton mini skits in y2k. And why is everyone so watered down. We’re getting nowhere in the story. Everyone’s depressed and lost. Rosaline would rather be sad and miserable than fight like she just regressed back to how she was but a little more cold ig. Never cared about that trash that fucked everyone up but why are we literally not getting anywhere in the story? Now Juliet has a mind? What? After all this time? Now?!
Literallyy!! Like at this point I’m considering dropping this story because they’re dragging it out way too much. By now we’ve had multiple chapters where NOTHING happens story wise and everything is moving so slow. In a story with good writing after a twist like Romeo becoming King would’ve marked a shift in the story and things should’ve sped now. But this author is dragging things out for no legitimate reason. It always sucks when a pretty good story is hurt so much by a slow dragging storyline
You know I’m thinking since they changed the art, they changed out the people in the writers room as well no but in all honesty they might just not know where to take the story. And that’s okay but if they haven’t got their ducks in a row when it was time to release season 2 the should’ve taken more time.
