So im trying to understand wtf is going on, does she not feed her child, so he ate the dog's food? Does the child even exist? Is the child even a child?

I think her child that she sees is actually a dog. And she sees the children she abducts as dogs-- explains the chapter where the dog she adopted died, it's bc she fed it with dog food. It's the same child that was found on the balcony in a box later on. Her real child died years ago. Then she adopts a dog to cope up (but she thinks its her child) then she abducts children (she sees them as dogs) so her "child" wont get lonely. Hope it helps bc i know i suck at explaining
All the stories were really fucked up and explored different mental disorders and i actually like that it has the same characters every time, like it couldve very well just be a collection of one shots with no connection, but when you see the same looking characters all the time its already easy to like them, and that way you dont really need to spend time on that it tge story. Although it was kinda weird that in one story the brother was a psycho and in the next hes just a normal dude.
Anyway i think i figured out the last story, koichi was pressured with expectations with his mom, and when his friend told him he loved him, he expected expectations from his as well. So he imagined him looking at him from the window, that way he can expect stuff from him. When his mom came into his room he felt he cant fulfill those expectations, so he killed her. Than he said, "hes not there at all", he relized he imagined the whole thing.
Hey for anyone who read the whole thing, you can read it on toomics, do you find out what happened with aiden and his brother? Like i read till ep 53 and the story end with ep 56 so i feel like we wont get that? Like there isnt enough time.
So like i stopped reading a whike back, i think when they introduce the second couple, and now im trying to get back to it and i just cant. Like is it just me, or its just not interesting? Like, its kinda boring. Im at ch 60 right, does is get better?
Yea, I think it gets better, you gain a little more insight about how the side couple is, and it's cute
So if no one knows about the rape and it doesn't seem to affect noah that much
