How can all 6 of them be the same person and none of them thought something could go wrong by INTERFERING with the timeline?!! NO ONE?? Now to clear up any confusion here is my theory.
He's an alien, we don't know how their species think or work when it comes to mating with a compatible species or love for that matter all I can conclude is this:
Nux never had any feelings for him when they first met in an alternate timeline, I would assume Owen was in love with Nux to the point it became an obsession and he would watch him, or stalk him rather and no matter what kind of life he lived Nux would die and Owen would rewind time.
(It looks to me like Nux was even married in a timeline with a child, but in that timeline he vanished because of Owen's interference in said timeline)
Now due to Owen's interference it seems Nux vanished from that timeline he frequented and caused a drastic change in the timeline they both are in currently...
Because Nux started to change in this one, he noticed Owen, started having sex with him for money and their relationship changed. Now he got pregnant in this timeline which seemed never to have happened before in any of the previous timelines.
Owen either decided he could never go back because of Noi or was terrified to go back because there was a possibility this timeline would vanish like the last one.
Icing on the cake Nux is remembering his deaths in each timeline which means this timeline is being affected and all hell is breaking loose.... This cluster fuck is killing me.
