Alright! So like I said, maybe some things are wrong since I don't understand korean haha, just a warning that maybe I'm wrong about some things.
Spoiler ahead:
So the bad guy (I think his name was Sid? The traitor) appeared. He's like "?!? How the fuck is the doctor alive?" There's confusion, the doctor doesn't know what to think, but I think Cain figured out Sid was the traitor. He pretends everything is alright, he asks Sid if he found the doctor with his compass (this is all assumptions hahahah I'm sorry). The doctor is like "??! So he didn't want to kill me?" And Sid is like "". There's A LOT of tension. The chapter ends with the crazy guy who killed the doctors clone. Sid wants to kill the doctor, but Cain stops him. Then the doctor starts to provoke Sid? He's asking questions, and I think he understands what's happening.
Cain begins to understand too, he figured Sid was the traitor and he's really sad :( apparently they know each other since a long time ago, he trusted him a lot. Then Sid starts attacking, he shoots the doctor. Cain and him starts to fight, Sid wanted to kill the MC, and Cain stopped him... By getting between them, he gets stabbed in the back, and he almost cut him in half :( the mc is just screaming and crying, while Sid says his reasons for doing this, then he leaves Cain half dead in the arms of the MC. The doctor is moved by the MC's pain, so he offers a solution. He can save Cain by giving him part of his soul, but I think it's really dangerous, the mc doesn't care tho, he goes along with it, and so we go to a dark place where Cain is dying. They have really hot sex hahahaha and the mc almost died, so when Cain wakes up and sees the mc, he's heartbroken, and he tells the doctor to cure him and to keep an eye on him, that he will leave him or else it'll be too dangerous for him. I don't know if he asked the doctor to say that he died? The point is, he leaves the mc with the doctor and the other guy, and he leaves to fight.
Now to make this shorter, Sid and Cain have another fight, and Cain manages to almost kill Sid. ALMOST, But Sid forced him to remember all the times they spent together when they were younger, and managed to escape and survive, so he went to see the mc friend, who was still bounded in the apartment we last saw him. But the mc friend had freed himself and was waiting to kill him, his soul finally broke, he went crazy, he stabbed him, which took Sid by surprise, but he bounded him again, and took his memories about him away.
The mc and the other two went to his house and found a totally okay and oblivious mc friend hahaha. He doesn't know what happened, but he's still not completely cured? So when he was alone with the doctor he begged him for something. There's some kind of awkward exchange between him and the doc

This comic makes me feel really sad. I don't care who ends up with who, honestly I just want all of them to be happy. I feel bad for Haesoo... Having to make a choice when you're confused and hurting, and not wanting to hurt neither of them, nor himself, it's just hard.
I feel bad for Joowon, they were young, and step brothers. It was probably really hard for them... All the choices they made were immature, if only they were more sincere.
And poor Taku. It's like, his first time actually feeling havshsh and he has feeling for someone who has been in love with someone else for so long, and they can't seem to move on.
