As for what Uri did, they sure make the prince of "that time" look pretty crazy so maybe nothing at all. Maybe crazy prince was doing crazy things and Uri tried to stop him, so prince crushed his hand? Or maybe Uri really was being cocky or something and earned the prince's wrath. ---Hard to picture that being the case while the Prince is standing on a pile of bodies and holding a dude by the neck though.
That said, maybe Uri did something stupid like joining a revolutionary faction while training as a knight. He is a really simple, gullible, and easily influenced guy, after all. Maybe he joined a group of people to "take down" the second prince as a way to "help" the first prince or save the kingdom from the "OP 2nd Prince" or whatever. -- Then, in the midst of the attack on the second prince the group got their asses handed to them, while Uri (being important to Lamia) got just his ass spanked and his hand mangled as a way to show he had lost the right to be a knight before the Prince sent him (traumatized, but alive) home to his Dukedom.

I'm surprised this doesn't have like a supernatural or psychological tag in the genre because in the future it starts to get really weird.
I've been reading the novel and like (at least from this translation) it shows how much they mess around and call each other dude all the time it's really funny. And also provides better insight on Dani and her fears and how hurt she was by Chunyoung when he told her he liked her. Definitley check out the novel if you can

I really love her friend she gives great solid advice. I was really disappointed in Makoto when she said she wanted to give him her body because she felt like she owed him. That's not how you're supposed to think about sex at all so it's really cool to see her friend tell her that's not what she should be doing. I feel like sometimes the attitudes shoujos have toward sex is kind of ehh but this is a good one. Also Reita being extremely patient and considerate of her makes me happy he's really great Makoto is lucky.
She's probably gonna fall in love with him and he'll find out that she didn't mean to confess to him and he'll get hurt and they'll break up or something and then after losing him she'll realize she loves him she'll admit to liking him for real and the end ! At least that's how I hope it goes maybe it will be a little more original but hopefully they end up together

I understand why y'all would think he knows already. The FL herself thought he discovered the truth when he walked in on her bathing. However, despite being given high intelligence stats, it doesn't overwrite the fictional character curse that makes him oblivious to all things revolving around love. Also, he was too busy in the process catching feelings to be catching a true glance of his beloved's body. He processed that he glimpsed at his crush nude and his senses went into flustering overdrive blinded by the heat rising in all the special places. Female lead just did what female leads do and jumped to conclusions without talking anything out. Thus the gender-reveal party was canceled.
