get these mofos outta here and give me the babies and the nursing and the happiness
Owada is the bestest boy. I hate how the good-looking people keep mistreating him in the series though.
if I hadn't read the prequel I'd have loved the seme but knowing that he is a fucking douche to Owada for no good reason, I can't bring myself to like him. He keeps being rude and verbally abusive to Owada, even in the sequel as well, calling him plain, a country bumpkin and all of that, knowing fully well that his best friend is in love with Owada. Owada is nothing but a sweetheart to Katou and the seme here but the seme chooses to be mean instead.
I guess standards do change. LOL. I remember reading this years ago and hated it when it was popular af. This manga does not age well.
makes me realize that the character design looks so basic??? I really can't put a finger on it. Maybe it's because they didn't adapt the art style closely enough. Jinwoo in the manhwa is so effing hot but in the anime he just looks like a sterotypical anime character.
There are only 3 chapters out. Yes, there is no love yet but isn’t that the point? The author is trying to create mystery through ambiguity of Kana’s actions. It’s clear to me that Kana has a soft spot for Naho (him chuckling when seeing Naho’s bedhead. He does think Naho is cute). The whole point the author is trying to make is that from Naho’s perspective everything he knows is crumbling down, including his relationship with his best friend, and I’m enjoying the angst. The fact that everyone is screaming for raws and novel spoilers is proof that the mystery and angst is working.
Yes, Kana not defending Naho is horrible, but let us see why he did that (or did he actually defend Naho without Naho knowing?) and I’m all for character development. Let’s say Kana is a people pleaser, then I would love it if by the end of series he grows a pair of balls and stand up for Naho.
Only three chapters are out and there are 13 as of my writing. It’s way too early to judge anything.
when there was a note at the end that explained everything. And also the TV news and all
many fans always defend gege's writing as subverting shonen expectations. Yeah he does subvert it, but in a bad way. Setting some character up to be the main character only to kill them off without them exerting any impact on the story is just bad writing.
for those who don't have reading comprehension skills and don't understand the translator's note, here is the breakdown for you: either leave or stay. Leaving doesn't mean you are oversensitive. The trope is weird and wrong for many reasons. Staying doesn't mean you support the trope. Incest is NON canon in this story.
let's just go back to commenting about the canon parts of the story and stay in peace shall we
I know he doesn't mean harm, but seriously he has absolutely no business in their private affairs!! Blackmailing your friend to spill his secrets??? D u d e.
