No, it's not, if anyone has ever used it as an excuse it was to justify an affair to someone they cheated on. Unconscious people don't open their eyes, they can't see, make conversation and physically interact with other people coherently. Sleep walking people navigate spaces they know by muscle memory to seek out simple to use stationary objects they may interact with, like a fridge. You can't be asleep with your eyes wide open asking someone to bang you, but you can be drunk and do all of that. Try Occam's Razor once in a while.
