To be honest I can't really be entirely happy that they got a happy ending in the end. I mean just because of a missing letter and the emperor's obsessiveness many lives were sacrificed? Even before that Daniel and the others had to die because of him. Abduction, confinement, blackmail; I mean if this was just another Horror/Thriller, Psychological Manhua I can accept it cuz I real killing stalking and all other dark depressing stuff but this is not like those Manhua. The MC after discovering the main reason why this had all started one punch and they made up forgetting (not exactly forgetting but it looks that way) who was sacrificed along the way. I continued reading cuz maybe there would be a a change on the ML (like a remorse or something) cuz they realized that he did many things to the extreme cuz he didn't found that letter but no he was just locked on with MC and left it at that. That's all again this is just my opinion don't mean to offend anyone but if I did sorry.
