I came to read manga after watching 4th episode of anime and I have to say one thing manga has a terribly ugly drawing style, but that's of course my opinion.

Have is the emperor of Perzia(i think thats the spelling). He's the black hair, black eyed kid she met as a kid. After undergoing training, the emperor of perzia's eyes and hair color usually change. So thats why he's different.

In my opinion Parker is behaving like a child in elementary school and I don't think he is suitable to be a father. I know Curtis wasn't a very good father either, but I get goose bumps when I think of what kind of father Parker will be. After all little leopards aren't self-sufficient like little snakes. Besides, I don't think mc is suitable for this role either. She's too stupid.(￣∇￣")
