my guess is the typical plot
he falls in love, bully finds out he lied to him about being in love before, bully already knows who he is cos he's seen the wound, mc tries to regain bullys trust, they fall in love with each other, happy ending
of yourse the yakuza guy will be thrown into the mix of love and sex, but in the end the mc will win over him
