I wonder if the Manhwa is gonna change it up and have the empress be pregnant earlier rather than later. Cause in the novel she doesn’t get pregnant till after the main story ends. Also, it’s way too early for her to be showing signs of pregnancy so I kinda hope they wait until later for her to be pregnant

I’m glad Kwon is admitting to himself the feelings he has for Yoon
