I’m glad that it was a misunderstanding but Ryo could’ve been more open about it. It makes me mad that it looked like Ryo knew the fight was stupid but still let it affect his relationship with Chika. Also makes me more mad at that other guy for making Chika misunderstand when hes an adult relying on a high school student to hide him from his boyfriend Because they had a dumb argument.....ugh anyway.... thanks for the update!
Ryo shouldn’t have kept it a secret that he was keeping the guy at his house, nor should he have put it before school and his relationship with Chika. Also that guy’s an ass for purposefully making Chika uncomfortable. How was he “cute” when it was clear he was hurting? And Ryo knew what he was doing. In my opinion Chika has nothing to apologize for, he was still sorting out his feelings and of course this made it even more complicated.

I find it so funny how Christa is being called out for staying in the palace even tho she isn’t queen and how this girl is saying it’ll cause problems for the future queen cause she’ll still act like queen. This is the exact problem that Navier has when she goes to the Western kingdom. Most everyone still looks at Christa as the queen and considers Navier an outsider. Navier even has the same thoughts and thinks back to when she became Empress. The previous Empress took her staff and left the palace to help insure Navier wouldn’t have to compete for support.
I haven’t completed the novel so I don’t know how to feel about Christas character. She seemed very quiet and nervous around Navier and she already is misunderstanding her. She and her ladies already think Navier is being cunning. In reality she isn’t shes just being smart but she doesn’t mean to do harm. She also mentions how she wishes Navier was a noble women from the western empire instead. So I’ve got mixed feelings.......any input??

so christa actually teamed up with a guy ( i forgot the name but he was the guy on the previous chap who punched the emperor). navier and heinley talked about the uprising rumors about him and christa (heinley best boy, he told navier that he felt weird after drinking the tea. they communicate and cleared the misunderstanding). navier confronted the guy who teamed up with christa (that guy who punched the emperor) about the love potion and he said sorry to navier. i forgot the other details but that's what i remember. btw, navier and heinley didn't fight abt the rumors bc heinley came to navier and explained himself.
