I really like the manhwa , it’s kinda exciting and i read it as soon as i see the new chapters out, the only thing that’s been bothering me all along is the fact the the FL was so pitiful and lonely, she met an end( the real owner of the body) that she didn’t deserve, if the new owner of the body wasn’t addicted and wouldn’t figure out that she’s been drugged, no one, not even the knight that claimed he was willing to die for her would still trust her and think sth else might’ve been wrong(cause that’s how the story ended and we all saw in the first chapters) i just think that the knight... was not faithful enough... he should’ve tried to search more and save his master! Wasn’t she his world?
Every time i see a scene of the two of them together i get reminded of this fact that if she wouldn’t save her no one else was on her side... after all the good deeds she had done, she still had no one on her side completely, unconditionally , she was lonely at the end...:(

The knight knew something was wrong, but had no idea how it was done and no right to investigate. Also there are quite a few who believe that the mc is the original female emperor, and they were reincarnated after being reincarnated into Earth. So she had a reincarnation like Elise in doctor elise, or Elzay in the villains savior. Both female leads had a life at their world then a life at earth and then back in their original world. They either knew of their whole journey, or God told them. Here, our emperor do not remember her life in this world, but there were times she had a headache, when she got in contact with some people, thats why some readers are guessing that something like the previous two, might be the case for here as well. (=・ω・=)

How can the knight have no right to investigate but have the right to kill his monarch. If you've gotten to a point where such drastic measures are necessary, you better ensure that your beliefs are founded. Also it's not like there was no one else he could've asked to investigate: ceril and Felix? Both are incredibly competent, shown by the investigations they are currently conducting into the corrupt nobles. Maybe betraying your queen by doing things behind her back to find out if something is wrong with her is a difficult thing to do to but it's better betrayal via a coup d'état.

ive been saying this from the get go feels bad that the author made a half-assed pretense to move the plot but at the same time, ive resolved to thinking that no matter how much you tell yourself that you are the most loyal to someone or no matter how many years you've spent with someone, when push comes to shove, its then and there you realize how you really are as a person/vassal in this case.
Feels bad Eusto wasnt more thorough about his half-assed investigation and Yulia only has her earth-self to rely on and some foggy memories of the story and power through ( ̄△ ̄)

Ok. Lol. Cool down a bit pls. I only meant that he knew that something was off, but did not investigate, and I tought that he may had a reason for that, like not getting the evidence, the wine for example( the marquess?/duke? would never let anyone get it and he probably did the drug mixing himself so that noone could sell him out), since that was the only link, AND if he could not get the wine, then with no evidence they had no reason to believe the knight and with, or without him they would have killed her. The knight joined the rebels in order to kill her with his own hands instead of someone else, he rather kill her himself than let others kill her.( twisted loyalty, yeah) So sorry but I kinda do not understand why you are so against the idea that the knight had limited possibilities to investigate. Like if this was the work of more than one person, then there would have been a possiblity to arrest them if one messed up, but the empress would have still been drugged and under the thumb of that noble and could have freed them. And since the empress had the power to get rid of the knight Ceryl and Felix and any person and get them executed, maybe they did not risk getting caught by the one who drugged the empress just to get executed. But its pointless to get worked up over this, and get into arguments. I am pretty sure they did what they could, but without evidence, they could only get to the conclusion that the empress became corrupt and insane. And yeah its sad she was left alone. But thats in the past already. And there is nothing we can do for her #-.-).

I don't why you would think that I need to cool down. I enjoy healthy debate and I was just responding to a comment you made, in a - from my perspective - polite way. The thing with what you're saying is that Eusto is just some knight, I'm fairly sure he has a high position, something along the line captain or commander of the knights etc., so he has some power to investigate, especially if he carried suspicions. Fair enough that this count (I think) could have covered his tracks well, but anyone close to the Queen like that would have to be scrutinised in case of corruption etc. Felix or ceril, (can't remember which) were suspicious of the noble already, being in the rebel group and knowing this they could have been able to work with Eusto to do something. (not sure if I'm remembering right, but ignore me if it was the current fl who orchestrated whoever to join the rebels IDK). Also the fear of being arrested and executed was already a worry for all three of them, if you remember. I don't know, maybe the author could have been clearer about all of this at the start, it's just unfortunate like the op commenter said, that the real female lead is gone (although the theory about her losing her memory could be true) and it reminds of similar situations with other manwhas, where this happens.

If you did not mean to attack, then I apologise, I just had a feeling that you might have bad ingention. Sorry. I am also sad about her being left alone ╥﹏╥, but we do not have clear insight about the situation at the early chapters. So I would refrain from attacking the characters according to the limited information we have about it. We may get more information about it in later chapters. Who knows what the future holds.
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Don't worry about, no need for bad intentions towards you anyway, I mean what kind of person attacks people over manwhas anyway . Only reason I mention all of this was due to the OG commenter, I'm kinda meh towards Eusto rn since its been a while tho it would be nice if the issue got addressed later on. Hope you're having a good new year!

Hey dear translator, thanks for all the hard work, at the end of one of the chapters you’ve translated last week, u asked us to send u an email and name a manhwa/webtoon/etc if we want u to pick em up too, i did send an email but as I didn’t get any reply imma just comment it here too, can u please pick up “ the golden haired wizard” pretty please ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

Everything is so unclear, and there’s lack of details too, I’m trusting the 9.6 rank that pple have given to this manhua and continue reading it

No it’s not that I’m judging it by it’s cover or anything, I’m saying from the very beginning it seems like the author just wants to skip to the part that is the peek of the story, they didn’t make any history for the both guys to give a proper reason of falling in love with each other or even being in a one sided love and search for the other person for two years( I’m talking about the black guy and the Mc) and they didn’t explain where the baby came from and are not giving us any clue and the story is going as if that’s not an important thing to even discuss ( i as a reader need to know.-. How did he develop a babe although he is male and it’s not an omegaverse) and where did the MC find the money to move on?when everybody thought he’d died and he had no friends ( cause no one other than the brother and the father came to pick him up when he got released) we just knew that after 2 years he had a baby, was living with a friend tgat would fully support him( we should’ve seen their relationship progress, trust each other even if it was as remembering memories of the MC and not step by step of the relationship, where did he even get the money to rent a house?), and I don’t like how he got his brother ruined by revealing to the public that he was gay! I’m not defending the lil brother I’m saying the older brother was gay too, so he should’ve shown how he can’t do business or how he was lacking or etc to make pple disappointed in the lil brother!! He should’ve shown how he’s a bad guy compared to the MC!u get what I’m saying? The fact that pole got disappointed of the lil brother just cause they found out he was gay does not prove that the lil brother is not fit to be the chairman !! Cause it’s a story about gay pple and ... that’s not enough reason.
STILL thanks for your reply, I’m gonna give it a shot as you’ve recommended me and read it, i hope it gets better and they clear up some details when i reach ch 50 ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Yes yes ! I do understand your reasons. The author doesn't mention anything about where the baby comes from and, yes I think too that the author skipped straight to the peak of the story without showing HOW he even got there lol. I just didn't question anything and went along but the fact that he had a baby out of thin air bothers me the most.
Also about his little brother Xin nian, it's kind of a big deal to be gay in a conservative society, hence the backlash from the people and also his father. They simply won't accept someone with a 'tainted' reputation to lead a company, is how they believe probably. Which really doesn't makes sense, what does sexuality have to do with that.
But why I recommend you to read is DAMN have I ever seen such an amazing mature self dependent sensible and brilliant uke? Nope. This guy ci nian is amazing. Also do read for the baby ahaha, and the seme Cheng de is also a good character. In general their relationship is developed nicely and the character building is good.
I’m soooo gonna miss them
