I really like side couples, but this is, at least, disappointing. We've waited 97/98 chapters till the main couple be together (FINALLY), and then, days after the reconciliation, we are still not able to see a single scene of them together. I was looking forward to see their first days as a couple, but now I feel that I'm losing all of this (even tho the beginning of the relationship was supposed to be super meaningful, considering that the mc had to pass through a whole traumatic issue to achieve this point).
Sometimes I feel like this manhwa needs five whole chapters to complete only one meaningful scene ):

This one was on my list for ages but I've never had the motivation to read it, but now that I've made it till the end, I'm entirely regretted that I didn't do it before. One of the most beautiful, sweet yet dramatic stories that I've ever read. It brings a great and important critic over our beauty culture, especially in the side-story of the archery boy; unfortunately, we live in a society where appearance is the most important thing and the fact that Heeno only fell in love after Aerak's loss of weight is the proof of it. This is exactly what would happen in real life for the majority of people... Anyhow, even this side-story was real and deep in its own way, and even though some people could have not liked it for thinking that Heeno didn’t truly like Aerak, I enjoyed it and I also could see the truth in his feelings.
Of course, besides the typical exaggerated drama and actions of the female characters, it was almost a perfect manga. I really, really, really loved it!

Well, it's important to never forget the chronology of the story. At that time it was pretty normal to kill people especially if you're part of an important family. Is it right? No. But it was culturally and legally accepted, so no big deal at all.
The rape part, unfortunately, is still underestimated by yaoi authors. It’s disgusting, but the most important part is related to how far the evolution of Yoon's character will go.
this is in no way real life. especially modern life. but its absurd the way we hope the seme/rapist redeems himself and expect the uke/victim will forgive and forget. I do it too but nakyum seems especially vulnerable. the artistry is beyond beautiful so I wanna see if the author is able to bring it all together
