I partially don't think hes easy to manipulate in general but only when it comes to certain topics. Because hes confused about the twins bc they're so different so hes rather desperate but then again I do think you're right.
when she says she's a good for nothing while doing all those chores... then what am I who just laze around and read manga?

It's expected of her to do housework so maybe she thinks she's good for nothing since she only does housework and other domestic stuff.
