Bruh 60+ chapter in and I am FUMING, the whole berhardt idk house including the ML owes the FL a big apology. They are so manipulative, narcissistic, and bias to their own narrative. They only see the FL from the rival family (I forgot the surname srry) not as simply her.
Like the ML keeps on asking her if she can give up her family name, well sir, let me throw the same question to you. Can you give up your surname in exchange for hers? He also gaslighted her that she wasn't a good mother, but I think he doesn't have the right to say this as he wasn't anywhere near a good father as well.
Idk I am just someone who gets sensitive when depression is a topic as I have been there as well. The way they treat FL after her depression is just pure trash behavior, they just went on their task like normal, no sympathy, no remorse, no genuine care just superficial respect and indifference.
FL was right when she said she was lonely. (damn if I was her and got reborn a 2nd time, I'll be unaliving myself in a heartbeat)

I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS COMMENT. I totally agree the whole time I was reading this my thought was why won't anyone acknowledge how hard it was for her being in this situation where she has to rely on the duke's affection to live a comfortable life, being married off for her family and having no one because her husband went to war and everyone telling her to think of the child. Never once has she lived for herself. The closest the story got to acknowledging her pain was when Vicente went and questioned the maid, the Ml didn't even apologize.At certain points in the story I actually wanted her to give up winning her son over because I was angry at the way he was behaving even tho he did nth, especially at the ball.
