I've wondered if he was originally named after his father, Vincent. Or what would someone name a twin of someone named Ciel? Cecilia? lol How about Seth? The name, Seth, means "substitute"

What if the twins names are Ciel and Caciel. Caciel pronounced like the angel's name, Cassiel, but spelled Caciel. That way ourCiel can still claim that Ciel is his name.
