It’s far from the worse, the MC is very level headed, not a crybaby or a victim at all
So the prince basin is bad in the beginning, but also more barks than bites,
He also has motivation ( or so he believes, because, like so many others he’s as blind as a bat), yet he truly believes he was forced into an unwanted marriage by a schemer
Anyway he’s never a rapist or a truly agressive person, he mostly hate her and doesn’t trust anything from her - and that is just a phase too
