Unless the author is going at a different approach, usually what happens here from I've read so far about any mangas the uke is talking about his own thought process. Like he himself thinks that what he is thinking and feeling is disgusting, because he himself does not understand nor can he process that its natural to feel and think that way as the seme tried to explain.
Which, what happens afterward or would follow is the seme sulking, misunderstanding follows, and then finding out what uke meant and then they do smexy scene again.
