I actually like Xue. Everything she's done so far was for survival. Unlike the other female characters that always act like they are all that, she is by far, my favorite.
She didn't know that Chen Fan was powerful but after she did, she didn't do a dramatic 180 degree turn like the others.
She also knows that he will never love her buy is grateful that he left her use the "I'm his woman," to keep herself safe.
I dont remember which chapter it was but she knew that she could only do so much to keep herself save.
I like Xue. She uses her reputation to survive in that world, and not for greed or power.

IMO It feels like she was forgotten at this point lol if Eren decides to, he can consume Annie or since she's the female type titan and it doesn't work that way with him being male, they could easily inject any female with titan fluid and force them to eat Annie since her crystalized form can be shattered with eren's new hammer power

I like how John is going at it. He was raised in that environment so he can only use what he knows to go against it. See how Remi tried to go out of the environment but no one trusted her. John maybe a hypocrite but he knows how the real world works. There's no way he can settle it peacefully. He doesn't know how to and when he tried as a cripple, it didn't work. I dont think that Remi "never knew" but more like she a hunch but didn't look into it. So, yes, it's your fault for not realizing shits happening.
